Incharge of Sales Logistics department, working directly with the Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning of the company’s new depots project.
2. Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation to achieve the customer service.
3. Put warehouse procedures in place and train/work with the team for implementation.
4. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full dispatching cycle.
5. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Working directly with the Projects Manager.
Responsibilities:
1. Incharge of 5 projects planning (timing and resources).
2. Preparation of purchase orders and follow up on payments.
3. Follow up with suppliers on delivery/installation times and adjust project timings accordingly.
4. Co-ordination between suppliers and the logistics/transport companies.
Head of Supply Chain Department, working directly with the Plant Manager, and also working closely with the Operations Manager, the CFO and the CEO.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the S&OP meeting and the Product Development meetings on a monthly basis.
2. Monitor the Sales Forecast on a weekly basis and adjust the plans accordingly.
3. Lead the Sales Operations meeting and balance/align between the Dairy Farm, Processing Plant and the Plastics Plant in order to cover the Sales Orders and Forecast based on the availability of raw material and plant capacity.
4. Direct Production Planning, Procurement, Shipping, Warehousing and Delivery Planning methods to limit costs, improve accuracy and get 100% customer service.
5. Key person of supplying the required data for generating/implementing the SAP ERP system.
6. Direct the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.
7. Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to share information, problem solve, and to clarify management objectives.
8. Examine existing procedures of the SC department and get them improved in order to generate the required SOP’s to meet product needs.
9. Generate and monitor the Supply Chain KPI’s on a weekly basis.
1. Supervising and handling of the Production lines and calculate the efficiency
for each line.
2. Participate in applying the 5s and TPM and some programs to increase the
efficiency.
