* Modifying Sales Quotation for various client of the company.
* Visit projects, present and sell company landscaping services and others to current and potential clients.
* Develop a relation with potential client.
* Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
* Administrative duties like filing, updating records for Quality & control.
* Coordinating the buses trips and there daily lines need to fallow.
* Administrative work and other office routine
* Ensure that the right amount of materials are delivered to the production pallet at the right time
* Monitor all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors
* Process proof of delivery requests
* Research pricing information and compare prices and quotations
* Calculating the quantity of material for the project.
* Follow-up for collection of payment
* Preparing the Bill of Quantity.
