Job description and responsibilities:
• Handling customer complains for repeat repair jobs.
• Responsible for work distributing in front area.
• Follow up Customers to get their feedback about the repairs.
• Explain the work performed to the Management.
• Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with service manager.
• Evaluate Technicians Productivity, Efficiency and performance.
• Arrange And Calculate workshop loading.
• Present the value of dealership service, and sell additional services on top of what was
requested.
• Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
• Help to identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual
inspection or road test.
• Explain the work performed and the charges to the customer.
