• Work on BOQ’s items variation orders, value engineering and claims raised against alteration to the scope of works related to contract clauses.
• Collect all Data and create cost reports for Actual Cost, Committed Cost, CTC, PMMR … Etc.
• Performing value management and Cost Control through budget.
• Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking Feasibility Studies.
• Revise PO’s for Budget allocation on work packages with given Cost Codes and issue approvals through ERP
system.
• valuing completed work and arranging Interim Payment Application
• Valuing sub-contractors works as per submitted invoices and issue Interim Payments Certificates.
• Create Logs such as Payments Certificates Log, sub-contractor’s payments log, PO’s log … Etc.
• implementing the Company’s Procedures and processes.
• Direct in-charge for Site QS, Purchasing and Contract Agreement which are the associated Stakeholders in the implementation of Procedure.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Department Managers and the persons for top line findings and required improvements.
• Provide main assistance in communicating with Site QS, Storekeepers and other implementers regarding deficiencies in system.
• Receive all Contract documents related to costs, specifications, and State Law regulations for construction.
Ensure that no any payment is found to be late more than:
Not to hold any payments to Suppliers for more than 48 hours. Not to hold any payments for Subcontractors for more than 5 days.
• IF any payment found late than above stated days, communicate through memo, letter, or any written form with responsible person.
• Ensure correct information / data are provided and available to validate that payments are not made for incomplete or insufficient reasons.
• Receive evaluation report of Subcontractors and Suppliers from Purchasing to review their performance and efficiency.
