1. Working as an electrical engineer maintenance and interest of Web Offset Press T400BE of Tensor international.
2. Understanding and maintenance the web press line by maintenance the electrical problems in splicer, in-feed, units and folder.
3. Working on the programming and maintenance of roll stand splicer.
4. Working on the maintenance of the main control cabinet (Console).
5. Working on the maintenance of the main DC Drive and the 200 HP DC motors.
6. Work daily, weekly and monthly maintenance sheets.
Amman - Jordan From 05/09/2015 to until now in Petra Company for Electric Wires & Cables Manufacturing as Maintenance Mechatronics Engineer Full Time Contract: -
1. Working as Maintenance Mechatronics Engineer of Maintenance Department and Production Engineer at Petra Co. For Cables & Electric Wires Manufacturing.
2. Supervising the Mechanical and Electrical Installation of new production lines.
3. Installation and programing a many type of Variable-Frequency Drive as Omron Inverter Series, Emerson Inverter Series, Telemecanique Inverter Altivar Series.
4. Working on the inspection, programming and maintenance of Drawing Wire Copper Machine of drawing the 8 mm copper wire to small diameter to produce the stranded circular and flexible cable.
5. Working on the inspection, programming and maintenance of Extruding Plastic Machine to produce the PVC Pipes, Electricity Cans and Spiral Pipes.
6. Improve the quality of production and use modern methods to monitor production through the study of all machines and production efficiencies.
7. Work daily, weekly and monthly production plans by studying market demand for the product constantly.
8. Working on the installation and maintenance of Power Factor Correction (PFC) Panel.
9. Work on laboratory testing for wired products using multiple machines to approve the final product supplied by the consumer.
Jordanian Dignity Border From 01/01/2014 to 30/08/2015 in Abu Sonbul Arab Transporters Est. as Automation & Control Mechatronics Engineer Full Time Contract: -
1. Working as Mechatronics Engineer of Programming, Power & Control connections of Fixed and Movement Bridge Cranes.
2. Working on the inspection and maintenance three and single phase motors and how to control them manually, Programmable Logic Controller PLC or by Variable-Frequency Drive VFD and programmed to control motors.
3. Working on the Container Crane KALMAR (REACH STACKER CRANE) as problems Solve and core maintenance member of Electro Hydraulic control system.
