Personnel Management
1.Ensures employee files and records are kept up to date; reviews new employee files for completion of all joining formalities, and verifies the accuracy and completeness of all personnel transactions/ documents.
2.Examines employee files to answer questions from authorized individuals and provides information for personnel actions.
3.Reviews reports to validate and ensure all employee information in Oracle HRMS such as personal data, compensation and benefits information are entered and updated accurately. Works closely with IT staff to resolve errors, if any.
4.Generates various HR based Management reports and presentations including quarterly departmental performance reports, staff arrival & departure status, nationality status, staff salaries report etc.

Compensation & Benefits
5.Compiles status report for staff headcount (including DOE, DOB, designation and total salary), staff annual leave, indemnity and ticket (air fare).
6.Reviews monthly overtime and staff & team mobile bill reports.
7.Responds to employee questions regarding salary, incentives and benefits.
8.Develops and recommends the annual increment.
Insurance Administration
9.Periodically provides reports on joiners & separated staff for addition/deletion from NMH staff Group Life Insurance.
10.Reviews Insurance policies and compensations procedures.
11.Ensures timely processing of Insurance renewal and coordinates with the Insurance party and Finance department.
12.Coordinates with staff, when required, to undergo laboratory tests/ medical examinations by the insurance party.
13.Submits requisite staff supporting documents to the Insurance party, when required.
14.Reports and follows up insurance staff claims; related to Group Life Insurance and Incidents Compensation

Administrative Function
15.Maintains established departmental policies & procedures, objectives and quality assurance programs.
16.Provides input and assistance for HR projects; maintains documentation of HR processes & procedures and recommends changes.
17.Validates Travel agents and invoices of staff, locum/ visiting, joiners, business trip tickets and hotel accommodation
18.Manages the team, conducts staff performance appraisals and takes responsibility for meeting departmental KPIs.
19.Assists Manager-HR in preparing departmental budgetary forecasts.
20.Liaises with Legal department for Labor claims and necessary action through authorized legal attorney.
21.Coordinates with Managed Clinics for Hospital communications and other formalities as required.
22.Attends meetings and composes the minutes of meetings, as required.
23.Performs other related duties as assigned or requested by Manager-HR
