As a Procurement Specialist, I was responsible for everything related to the purchasing process, record keeping, managing inventory, and negotiating contracts with clients.
- Duties:
• Managed nearly every aspect of purchasing the best quality equipment, and products at the most competitive prices related to the company business.
• Tracking the financial performance of the company branch in Riyadh.
• Managed the main product inventory at Riyadh, and was responsible for providing customers in Al Dammam and Jeddah with the needed stock.
• Identified when supplies are running low and placed orders to replenish the raw materials needed to make the company’s products.
• Discovered the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
• Created and placed purchase orders with the appropriate vendors and tracked them, to finalize details of orders and deliveries.
• Examined and re-evaluated existing contracts.
• Processing payments and invoices.

• Forecasted levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and kept a constant check on stock levels.
• Identified potential suppliers, visited existing suppliers, built and maintained good relationships with them
