 Monitor and report the Alarms from \[ CC-EMS PNMSJ and net cool.  Handling and Managing TT related to WIMAX network.  Monitoring Microwave Links status (Managed — Unmanaged) by PNMSJ.  Assign Tickets to Responsible team (Field Support — RF — NOC Management).  Dispatching and Coordination with field Engineers Sector and GPS troubleshooting.
