•Preparing bid bonds to participate in any tender. Prepare performance bonds for any tender we received award.
•Issue import Letter of credit and following up seller requirement with the bank to issue it on time as per seller contract.
•Checking any import LC against our export LC requirements and that we are back to back and no deviation in order not to have any discrepancy in the documents so we have our payment in time.
•Communicate with the buyer/seller for any amendments required on the LC and follow up with them until we receive the required amendments.
•Prepare the shipping documents as per LC without any discrepancy.
•Communicate with the inspection/ insurance companies to issue certificates as per LC requirement.
•Submit our full documents as per LC to the bank to collect the value of the shipment on time without any delay.
•Follow up with the bank/financial department to check if the payment has been collected to our account for every shipment.
•Prepared sheet for all Import/Export LCs/bid bonds/performance bonds and update the status of it frequently.
• Coordinate with the banks in order to get a loan for any required transaction and negotiate the interest rate with them.
• Coordinate with bank to discount any LC if it was deferred payment(if necessary)and negotiate the charges fees.

•Supervise/follow up the shipment from the loading port until the discharge port and make sure that everything in order and sometimes attending the loading/discharging operations if needed.
•To coordinate with the shipping department to fix the vessel within the terms agreed and to appoint the inspection company.
•Following up with the finance department to check the payment status of each shipment.
•Checking LC (Letter of Credit) for each shipment if required.
•Calculate the Laytime for each shipment at the load port and discharge port with (The owners, The shipper and the receivers), if needed.
•Prepare costing sheet to give prices to our clients.
•Study bidding documents, prepare complete responsive bids and submit tender documents.
•Attending conferences to get more information about the market and introduce my company with the suppliers and the buyers worldwide.
