Leading all plant projects in Jordan with annual budget of 11.5 million dollar
•Leading new offices building with budget of 2 Million dollar
•Leading new NRGB line with budget of 7 Million dollar
Assuring the compliance of the company’s Facilities with the standard operation roles
•Planning required projects to improve the company’s facilities
•Capacity building for facilities technicians.
Managing operations of assigned lines to safely produce finished goods and meet sales demands that are consistent with quality and cost targets
.
Projects
•Preparation of CAPEX forms and justification.
•Development and management of capital project budgets based on scope of supply, by working with plant staff, consultants and industry equipment suppliers.
•Utilization of Pepsi International standard specifications (for buildings and equipment), to meet standards for installation, construction, and clean design principles.
•Preparation of CPS for each project including detail deadlines, resources and cost.
•Analysis and assessment of suppliers and contractors’ proposals to assist upper management in decision making.
•Soliciting and receiving suppliers proposals, quotations, RFQs, purchase orders, invoice payments
•Finalization of agreed contracts as per PepsiCo policies & procedures.
•Monitoring project daily implementation and frequent development.
•Follow up and coordination with contractors on project implementation matters.
Facilities
•Reporting to the Ops. Director on projects status and development.
•Problem solving to address project obstacles.
•Coordination with functional heads to ensure successful Implementation of projects with minimum Interruption to the daily activities.
•Preparation of facilities budget and the needed CAPEX.
•Preparation of implementation plans for required projects.
•Effective contracting and project management with full supervision of facilities projects implementation.
•Improvements of company’s facilities performance.
•Regular maintenance of all the company facilities and satellite warehouses
•Compliance with company’s safety regulation and roles.
•Capacity building for facilities technicians and staff.
•Full cooperation with all company departments and areas.
•Compliance with company’s smart spending policies as pertains to projects and overtime management.
Production
•Developing targets and action plans for the production line.
•Leading the problem solving activities and troubleshooting for the production line.
•Coaching and building capabilities of the Direct Reports to develop objectives.
•Assist on development of staffing and skill building plans for the lines that directly links to delivering yearly AOP.
•Review and analysis of the production daily reports.
•Follow up with appropriate resources to systematically eliminate the sources of Down Time.
•Facilitate the Selection, on boarding and recommendation for termination of the production line personnel.
•Administration of all measures for (filler downtime, line productivity, packaging yield loss, and production breakage and schedule compliance) daily.
•Improving the control environment by performing the needed reconciliation (transactions between production and warehouses).
Mechanical engineer with more than 14 years of experience in one of the international beverage plant in Jordan (PEPSICO), I started my experience as a production line manager for 5 years, managing different productions lines, develop and implement planes and programs to enhance the productivity and efficiency of the line with optimum use of energy and less waste generation. Currently I’m holding the position of projects and facilities manager leading the department of building and facilities and direct responsible for project design and execution at the plant.
