After Studying and analyzing the current existing different systems thoroughly, started full business process analysis, user requirements collection, software documentation, and prepared a full study for the required Manufacturing ERP system to be implemented replacing the several existing weak, nonintegrated, and time consuming systems. Aiming at the enhancement of manufacturing process, scheduling, materials requirements, equipment capacity, shop floor controls, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing functions to efficiently execute and meet on-time delivery and inventory control objectives.
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for implementing a single cloud based highly performing system that covers projects costing & estimation, MRP, Quoting, Production shop floor, Inventory, Purchasing, CRM, Project management, HR, and Accounting, currently at the end of stage two on implementing the system that will help in optimizing the whole business flow, and will give full support in enhancing the job’s production and on time delivery, optimizing resource utilization and enhance machines scheduling, eliminate gaps in production schedule, and provide daily statistical and financial figures for all transaction in every department in the factory. Developing methods for measuring results and formalizing KPI’s, and continuing with organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on time completion, planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communication. Around 85 Manufacturing ERP providers from different countries were contacted before the best Manufacturing ERP that suites the business specificity at 4fest, which includes various types of specialties cooperating in producing the final project including robots, automated machines, large format printers, CNC routers, and also handicrafts. Currently managing the new ERP Project implementation and finalizing stage two. Furthermore, my duties at 4fest includes
- Supervising the complete scope of the IT function including strategy, policy, planning, design, projects, operations, monitoring, maintenance of all IT related matters, architecture, applications, data, network, mobile technology, telephony, infrastructure, and security.
- Implementing Infrastructure for virtual servers, virtual machines, using a VMware environment, vSphere, and performing maintenance, provide Technical Support, and suggesting recommending Solutions
- Participating in the creation, integration, and migration of the existing and planned platforms
- Maintaining database systems and applying design to business solutions
- Network security, availability and speed maintaining and monitoring
- Implementing IT security strategies and tactics
- Conducting research and implementing appropriate enhancements to information security architecture
