- Plan, organize and manage project activities, including schedules and funds, designs, plans, specifications, cost estimates and special technical studies or tests, and environmental reports.
- Complete administration of the Construction contracts, involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Perform with the team constructability review during design phases, analyzes solicitations (RFQs & RFPs) and develop solicitation compliance strategy as well as preparation of compliance matrix for each solicitation response.

- Perform project quality management duties, preparing quality assurance plans, reviewing, approving and monitoring submittals and plans.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and monthly payment.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Manage the relationship with the client and project interface with relevant stakeholders such as other packages Contractors, Royal Commission, Ministry of Defense and Interior, Saudi electricity Company SEC, Marafiq
- Plan and manage project testing and Commissioning T&C activities and groups in addition to project close out phase until handing over to End User
- Oversees establishment of the Construction Management Plan, Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
- Assists the Estimating Leads for historical data and estimate database management with the accumulation, evaluation, and documentation of cost data retrieved from completed discrete design and/or construction contract.
- Provide inputs to the project procurement, budget, and cost control to ensure procurement of materials and disbursal of funds for the projects are in line End User requirements.
- Attending/chairing and minuting all Project Meetings relating to: Design approvals, Contractor’s progress, commercial, risk and any others with a bearing on the Project's success.
- Provide a detailed monthly report and interim updates on key topics as required, including but not limited to: Executive Summary, progress, key risks and Issues, payment Status and cash flow projections, claims narrations instructions status, Insurances/Bonds/Guarantees, RFI Status, Approvals/NOC Status, Shop drawing/submittal status, 3 months look ahead, design issues, site activity/progress photographs, health and safety reporting, appendices to include The Main Contractors monthly report and other relevant submissions
Scope of work
(Steel structural, Pre-cast, residential and industrial buildings, offices, building Architectural finishes, Landscape, in addition to MEP, Water, Electrical, Telecommunication and Sewer Networks, Asphalt Roads, Taxiway, Apron, Storm Drainage, Fence, Observation Towers, Lifting Stations, Water & Fire Tanks, Pumps, Geotechnical Investigation and Soil Improvement)
1- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
2- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
3- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs

Working as Mechanical Section head at West Domitta Power Plant, responsible for contract administration, projects management, planning, and control with through all project stages, engineering, construction, commissioning and handing over in addition to tendering, cost estimation for new tenders and procurement activates
Nature of Work:
Management the delivery of very high-end residential properties for Up-Town Cairo Compound from concept design to property handing over to Owner. The compound has buildings, villas, potable and sewer network, water pumping stations in addition to irrigation station and city clubs, swimming pools, kids area, electrical distribution networks, villages and roads lighting
• Implement comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
• Implement MEP project plans for real estate construction projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP and utilities systems into the overall construction plan.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or issues that may arise during execution.
• Oversee the design and layout of MEP systems and Utilities, ensuring they meet the required codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Facilitate effective coordination between the Contractors and utilities companies to avoid clashes and conflicts in system construction.
• Conduct regular meetings with project Contractors and Consultants to address issues, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the construction process.

• Working as Project Engineer at US Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District with responsibility for reviewing contractor plans, cost breakdown proposals study, baselines, schedules updates and submittals, responding to RFIs issued by contractor plus participating in project changes plan surfaced during the project age, in addition to, acting as Senior QA engineer supervising, inspecting and monitoring of the Contractor quality control system of the of construction, commissioning and starting up, systems in assigned projects include but not limited to MEP and infrastructural works such as sewer, water and electrical distribution systems addition to special-use facilities of Military Airbases such as maintenance hangers, warehouses, water and sewage distribution systems, water pump house, sewage treatment plants (STP), lifting stations, fuel station, control tower, offices, sleeping and dining officers buildings and gas turbine power generators.
1- Analyzes plans and specifications for construction feasibility of mechanical phases and adequacy of installations and equipment.
2- Confers with Area, Resident and contractor personnel to coordinate mechanical engineering work.
3- Review Contractors plans such as, Accident Prevention Plan, Activity Hazard Analysis, Project Baseline, Area Use Plan, Demolishing and Upgrading Facility plan, Resident Management System Plan, Quality Control Plan.
4- Answering request of information issued by contractor, review submittal, shop drawings, technical data and samples of mechanical materials and equipment submitted by contractors.
5- Participate in contract change control plan through writing down basic change document (BCD) containing the change scope, estimated time and budget, carrying out the required market research for the independent Government estimate, preparing the pre-negotiation memorandum (POM) and attending the negotiation with Contractor, finally, sending the complete package to Contracting Officer for approval and issuance the change.
6- Participating in the 3- phase inspection process, (Preparatory - Initial - Final) Inspections.
7- Making recommendations on expediting and follow-up project progress.
8- Perform with Contractor QC Dept. QA/ QC joint inspection and Safety inspection.
9- Carrying out investigation tests, design analysis and cost estimates to overcome field problems.
10- Directing and supervising team / sup-contractor during construction phase.
11- Provide detailed inspection assistance in connection with installation of mechanical facilities. and equipment.
