Participate in the preparation of analytic statements, financial reports, and
the company's master statement.
• Review bank reconciliation monthly and solves pending transactions.
• Review the supplier's and Client's accounts and monthly reconciliation.
• Manage the company's cash flow and negotiate for investment deposits with the bank.
• Review daily sales transactions and prepare Clients' aging reports weekly.
• Assist the chief accountant in the monthly closing, prepare trial balance,
prepare prepaid & accrued accounts on a monthly basis, and post the monthly depreciation.
• Review vendor invoices with purchase orders.
• Review suppliers and Clients accounts to compare them with balances in the general ledger.
• Participate in the preparation of the monthly financial statements.
