1- participate with the CRM solution team on providing impact analyses for business user requirements / product description
2- put the design for new requirement's impact on the systems owned by my team witch is

3- participate with my team on the requirements implementation and insure that packages passed the unit test and delivered to testing team with minimal bugs according to IT objectives ans KPI
