Main Job Responsibilities:
• Reviewing plans to ensure they meet building codes, local ordinance and zoning regulation, inspecting, testing and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviation from specification.
• Approving building plans that are satisfactory observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specification and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Monitoring construction sites periodically to ensure overall compliance. Discuss inspection result with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Using survey instruments, metering devices, and test equipment to perform inspections.
• Issuing violation notices and stop the work orders until building is compliant.
• Keeping daily logs, including photographs taken during inspection.
• Providing written feedback related to the findings.
• Discarding or rejecting the products, materials, and equipment's not meeting specification.
• Reviewing the documents like (ITR’s, MIR’s etc...) to ensure that It's got approval by consultant.

• Checking the quality of the elevators.
• Checking the wiring and doing the testing on the elevators.

• Coordinating our work with other subcontractors.
• Coordinating any new work requested by Client or consultant with the management before implementing.
• Reviewing the documents like (ITR’s, MIR’s etc...) to ensure that It's got approval by consultant.
