 To keep up proper inventory control for spares of all stationary & rotary equipment.
 Planning and effecting predictive / preventive maintenance schedules of various equipments to increase machine up time and reliability.
 Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ defects and conducting root cause analysis/ failure mode & effect analysis to rectify the equipments.
 Handling contractor safety management according to DUPONT standards.
 Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
 Directing, leading & motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational efficiency.
 To deal with technicians, contractors & their workers while major / minor shut down jobs & routine maintenance jobs & to check and certify contractors’ job bills.

Key Deliverables & Job Responsibility: • Preparation of G.A drawings & isometrics
• Routing the pipe for flexibility to satisfy thermal, weight & other piping loads
• Pressure design of piping as per ASME codes
• Handling all the site activities to making & fabrication of piping.
• Knowledge fitting up of pipes as per drawing
• Making inspection & maintaining all kind of require documentation
• Carrying out testing of pipe lines along with following the safety rules and regulation.
• Independently handling the site & Control room along with client satisfaction.
• Studying and reviewing the mechanical drawings and resolving technical issues

• Member of SAE (society of automobile engineer)
• Took part in technical paper presentation and Auto quiz event held on SAE India mini convention 2009.
