Responsible for supervising and executing all site civil works including scheduling all works within a timeline and making sure that a smooth workflow is maintained, supervising subcontractors’ work quality to be up to required standards. Preparing shop drawings and modifying plans according to on-site conditions after communicating with designer engineer. Preparing subcontractors’ payment applications. Responsible for quantity surveying for all project’s civil elements and materials. Preparing RFI’s, RFA’s and matterial submittals amongst other tasks.
