• Conducting the semi-annual performance appraisal system.
• Increase the employee awareness of Zain Dialogue by conducting awareness sessions for all Zain leaders to describe concept of SMART objectives & Zain Dialogue.
• Validating the employee objectives SMART I’s and the justification of the unsatisfactory or/and exceed expectation performance.
• Enhancing the current performance process & Procedure and ensure all PMS practices are reflected in the ERP System.
• Assigned to the following HR projects:
- Human Resource Strategies (Objectives) for the year of 2012.
- Identify the HR SLA and KPI’s to measure the HR Dep. opration.
- Develop HR internal Portal to ensure high quality of service.
- Manage the internship Programs.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes and Performance Management System PMS.
• Preparing quarterly Reports and analysts for the performance Appraisal.
• Create a pool of prospective CV’s so that the management can select the right candidate for the right job at minimum cost.
• Use different media approaches such as Sniperhire, LinkedIn, bait.com and other career websites, internal poster, referral & newspaper print ads to obtain candidate’s response.
• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
• Prepare the relevant HR documentation & conduct orientation for newcomers on their first day of work.
• Responsible of appraisal performance management and improvement policy and procedure & Preparing quarterly Reports and analysts.
• Handling leaves, Resignations, new entrees overseeing employee’s benefits (housing, Transportation and travel expenses).
• Working in HRM System in Oracle to enter the new employees data, leave information, overtime/on call.
• New hires/Rehires salaries, adjustment, allowances, over times, on call, bonuses and miscellaneous benefits.
• General organization for social insurance GOSI, Documents additions, deletions, deductions, computation and other related issues.
