•Analyze, configure and troubleshoot small, medium and large size networks.
•Troubleshooting customer complaints for internet and Data services regardless the media (ADSL-PPPoA, ADSL-PPPoE, SHDSL, Fiber, GPON, ISDN Voice, Voice, Wireless and Microwave).
•Solve product and network problems of low, medium, and high complexity.
•Troubleshooting starts from DSLAM then Backbone routers going toward Customer side CPE, Router and Switch.
•Opening & following up trouble tickets (Resolving, Halting & Closing).
•Dealing with different kinds of Cisco routers on daily basis such as (800, 1800, SOHO97, 6260, 3800, 7000) series, Cisco Switch’s such as (3750, 2950) series, DSLAM MALC, DSLAM New Paradyne (8820) and Cisco DSLAM (6250) series and ISDN voice Modems.
•Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN and WAN) in daily operations.
•Experienced with physical layer interfaces and cabling standards.
•Network Monitoring and Network Efficiency Analysis.
•Troubleshooting for Email / Web Hosting / Domain services.

Integration with other PBX’s (CUCM, Avaya, Nortel, Ericsson, Mitel, Siemens, Panasonic), FXO’s and FXS gateways (Grand Stream).
Follow and implement all directives, policies, and procedures.
Supervise and assign duties to developers and technical staff.
Manages client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts.
Provide technical support and representation at trade shows, conferences, and similar events
Perform hardware and software installations.
Develop technical documentation for training, software/hardware use, user procedures, and as-required project deliverable.
Technical Support Supervision on TeleFinity systems and implementation of:
TeleFinity - Contact Center.
TeleFinity - IVR / build and design scripting.
TeleFinity - Recording System (Digital, Analog and IP Recording).
TeleFinity - Billing System.
TeleFinity - Helpdesk System.
Working closely with civil engineers, electrical, engineering technicians and staff to
ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties:
Outdoor coverage, new sites. ▪ Installation.
Alignment. ▪ Configuration.
In door coverage (galleria mall, sweifieh) ▪ Dismantle.
