Building and setup EPMO, define its roles & responsibilities, services, and function, as well as developing the project management methodology
Manage programs and projects with several types of clients and industres like (Strategy projetcs, IT projects, Telecommunication projects, ... etc)

 Setup EPMO:
 Enhance and maintain EPMO Model, framework, methodology and templates according to the maturity level.
 Create Training plan.
 Create operation plan
 Create Change management plan to implement the EPMO.
 Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, its goals and deliverables.
 Assigning responsibilities.
 Identifying the resources’ requirement.
 Operation EPMO:
 Give the following trainings (EPMO Model and Methodology, MS-Project professional, Project Management, MS-Project Server).
 Follow up my resources at client side to managed the e-government projects and related contracts
 Follow up my resources at client side to managed PMO projects and related contracts
 Manage the EPMO as PMO manager
 Enhance and update methodology to match new TTC strategy plan.
 Manage some projects as program manager and project manager
 Managing day-to day TTC EPMO activities
 Managing all aspects of the project business plan and budget.
 Leading the operational, financial and technological aspects of projects based on timelines and work plans.
 Coordinate, organize follow-up tasks with each team member (project staff, Status tasks and delivery dates), check that these tasks are compatible with project Plan, drive the results and discuss it with the client. By using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solutions like Ms-Project server2016.
 Monitoring and managing resources use.
 Preparing and distributing project status reports.
 Planning and coordinating team meeting.
 Apply knowledge, techniques, skill and tools throughout the project phases of initiation, planning, execution, control and closure
