Identifying, Recruiting, Screening and Presenting good candidates for Technology positions, collaborating with different hiring managers and companies to meet realistic terms
1. Effective and Efficient Technical Recruitment, meeting budget and SLA (Dispatch, Project and FTEs)
2. On-Boarding of Engineers Globally.
3. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions).
4. Coordinate with IT/SD team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
5. On board Micro Companies as partners to ensure resource provision in weak coverage areas.
6. Generate data base of CVs of potential candidates through SM, EM and other local websites
