 Management assist: checking invoices, coding invoices, scheduling, organizing purchase order and purchase request, consultant and contractor meeting and reporting to the director.
 Design: reading mechanical drawing, checking the types of installed pipes, establishing BOQ, pipe quantity surveying (working project: The Exchange/Accra-Ghana), working on submittals.
 Supervision on site, preparing tools and labors needed for the site.
 Procurement: establishing comparison sheets, gathering prices from the market, managing the way of buying items, making credit deals with suppliers, suppliers meetings, purchasing mechanical and electrical items for the Octagon Project (Accra-Ghana), office supplies and following up with the shipments to release the imported containers.
