Leading the mechanical technical office team in the following jobs:
• Study the design of assigned buildings in KAFD, Riyadh, and review it with the previously implemented works, and contact the consultant about required actions and missing items.
• Provide technical supports and solving conflicts due to site issues and requirements.
• Ensure that all works in site are according to approved workshop drawings, using the approved material and complying the project specs.
• Workshop drawings for mechanical systems and coordinate between MEP systems for buildings facilities and infrastructure networks according to international codes and standards.
• Design review and submitting technical queries for the missing information at the start of the project.

| Riyadh: “King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)” buildings #205, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212 and 213.
| Sharmah: “NEOM Bay Airport upgrading”, A rush project consists of terminal, Fire station, Maintenance, three substations’ buildings and parking area.
| Sharmah: “North Hotels”, A rush project consists of new two luxury hotels (5 and 4 stars), staff accommodation and administration buildings, central laundry, chiller planet, STP, RO.
As a member of Project Management Office in Technical Building Planning & Optimization department, I represent the client in the following scope of work:
• Project Manager for the following projects:
| “Dammam Technical building”, Guard room upgrading.
• Technical support for the following projects:
| “Rawda new project”, a datacenter building which consists of three floors (GF - Tier III, 1st and 2nd floors - Tier II) and roof as a technical floor.
| “Malaga technical building upgrading”, an existed datacenter which required by the stakeholder to be upgraded from Tier II to Tier III with less budget possible.
• Review of technical aspects of the design according to project specifications, international codes, and national regulations.
• Addressing cost saving opportunities.
• Workshop drawings for mechanical facilities and external networks.
Projects:
- “MOI Housing Project”, South and East Borders
The project consists of six compounds containing residential, commercial buildings, and STP.
- “Halat Ammar Border” (with Al-Fawzani Contracting Co.)
The project consists of 37 governmental buildings and external service networks.
• Solving obstructions that can cause stop of work regarding to mechanical systems and coordinate between MEP systems.
• Ensure that work of subcontractors comply with standard regulations and specifications.
Project: “Holy Haram Hospital - 3rd Expansion of Holy Haram Project”
• Supervising the installation of mechanical systems and monitoring the site progress for “KAP1” (MOI Deportation Administrations, Civil Defense, Police Units)
• Mechanical systems design for “Land-Mark Compound”, 24 residential and commercial buildings.
• Design of HVAC and plumbing systems (from 4-2013 till now)
- HVAC load estimation by HAP and duct design using international codes ASHRAE, SMACNA..
