• Responsible for all daily financial and accounting transaction.
• Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts and made the adjustment entries.
• Issuing monthly financial statement that include Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Prepare weekly cash flow and manage working capital that include managing payments to suppliers and collecting from receivables and other payments.
• Prepare annual budget and issue monthly Actual vs Budget report.
• Work with the external auditors for year-end closing.
Record daily transactions and journal entry for the company.
Reconcile monthly bank accounts with books
Reconcile account receivables with invoices and payment and issue statement of account.
Arrange payments to account payable according to monthly statement/invoices.
Prepare weekly cash budget and bank position report.
Control project costing sheet and record related transactions.
Prepare salaries and record depreciation accruals and adjustment entry for monthly closing.
Process monthly closing and prepare income statement and balance sheet.
Participate in annual budget and projects costing.
Support year-end closing and deal with external auditors.
