• Led a team of engineers and professional support personal as the sole architect under the supervision of the Resident Engineer in the construction a 350 million Dollars project, City Tower 1, a 93-floor tower and 9 floor car-park designed by Pelli Clarke and Partners, and a 3B+GF+2F showroom, both on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
• Performed residency duties with the Resident Engineer such as managing project field staff, submittals, RFI, RFC, construction submittal reviews, claim reviews and draft responses in City Tower 1.
• Produced pre-design documents, schematic designs, developed designs, and tender package for a 41-villa project in Jumeirah 1, Dubai.
• Consulted the client with a team of architects and engineers on a 400-villa project in Dubai designed by Elastic Architects Greece.
• Collaborated with the project manager on the client consultation for a four-tower project in DIFC Dubai, designed by David Chipperfield Architects Milano. The towers are Carlyle Signature Hotel, Four Seasons Residences, EH Offices, and EH Residences.
• Managed the consulting team in the construction of a residential/commercial tower ‘Tour Ivoire’ valued in the range of 8 million dollars (around 16, 000m2 total built area).
• Managed the consulting team in the construction the turnkey project ‘Villa Theta’ consisting of a private villa B+GF+FF+SF, its guest house, and a family house valued in the range of 3 million dollars (around 2500m2 total built area).
• Met the clients in office and on site for the collection of requirements, scope validation, and follow-ups.
• Produced pre-design documents, schematic designs, developed designs, constructions drawings, schedule planning, and BOQs of five plus projects.
• Supervise the contractors and ensure that the targeted apartments are renovated based on the international guidelines;
• Assisted in post monitoring distribution PDM using ODK application;
• Carried out data collection, analysis and drafting reports as part of PDMs and other monitoring activities;
• Conducted regular monitoring visits to project/programs sites and provide detailed monitoring reports;
• Supported the team leader in planning, organizing and implementing field activities;
• Conducted architecture surveys to assess the damaged apartments in Beirut. (Beirut blast affected areas)
• Supervised the contractors and engineers and ensure that the targeted apartments are renovated based on the international guidelines
• Assessed the most vulnerable families and assist the M&E team in identifying the eligible beneficiaries via KOBO application;
• Conducted site distributions: food and WASH parcels;
• Produced concept design drawings and other associated documentation inclusive of schematic designs, construction and working drawings;
• Developed 3D models to support design concepts;
• Conducted field coordination visits with contractors;
• Reviewed submittals and bills of quantities and ensured the quality of the deliverables.
