. follow up with the team and estimate the budget & the target for the new financial
year.
. Direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clines, consultants and
contractors.
. Sales duties (generating inquires, BMS designe including Controls, unit distribution,
quote., negotiations &
follow up to hit the
target.
. Generate new project leads.
. Maintain a database of all new and current projects.

· Technical/commercial consultations with clients, consultants and contractors.
· Manage incoming enquiries from Contractors & end users. ·
Preparing quotation & design for new projects.
· Manage the projects in initial stage & prepare all studies to get the job. ·
Follow the Technical Approvals with consultants & contractors.
· Follow the implementation process with contractor.
· Supervise on the installation, wiring and termination process.
· System designing of HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing controls systems while
studying equipment schedule, schematic diagrams, floor plans, etc.
· Reviewing system structure, I/O list and material requirement.
Selections of appropriate Integrated Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire
Alarm, IPTV, LIGHTING CONTROL) systems while studying the BOQ, floor plans, riser diagram, etc.
· Preparing appropriate technical & commercial proposal/submittal (which
includes BOQ, Input/output point list, control panel summary, valve
selection sheet, catalogues, etc.).
