• I work for all brands for Alshaya company ( Retails And non stock ) ( Mothercare, Next, Starbucks, Mac, The Body Shop, Top Shop Top Man, Va Va Voom, River Island, Oasis, Milano, Debenhams )
• Getting Stock & Bar code file from Brand team& Updating this in ILS system.
• Processing Picking file and generating Picking Report from the ILS System.
• Distributing the above report to staffs as department wise to pick the stock.
• Generating previous days Summary Report.
• Checking the previous day’s Stock transfers and Return stock updates in Gold system.
• Updating to IT to resolve the discrepancy, which I find in above process.
• Sending daily KPI report (previous day) to Manager’s
• Sending daily Picking, Allocation & distribution report to Manager’s
• Updating all the previous days’ Stock transfers system.
• Maintaining PCO .GRN.ADJ files and other related documents.
• Ensures Shipment file is received from IT Dept. on time
• Downloads scanner details on to the system after scanning shipment
• Prepares short, excess & extra report
• Resolves variances with Manager’s
• Generates GRN file
• Prepare Stock take and put schedule by period.
• Claim (short & excess) with LP team (every year)
• KPR & Forecast reporting.
Create new action plans and implementation of the company's resources .
Regulate the conduct of work through implementing partners, within and outside the company through coordination with customers .
Making weekly and monthly reports and monitoring the company's financial Curve .
Make the final touches on the workshops by activating the external role of field work .
