Close interaction with Internal teams from Shipping team, Product management and Operations.
Checking for QC SIM Cards, Scratch Cards and activation process as well
Inventory and Return materials receiving are done in ERP and WMS.
Coordinate dispatch using deliver documentation or deliver notes.
Generates barcode relevant to stock levels and oversee labeling process for ensuring accuracy.
Plan requirements for storage space and facilities and make necessary preparations for receipt.
Tight cooperation to ensure all incoming goods are processed according to priorities and packing handling of materials is done in a timely and professional manner.
• Sending quotations & correspondence with internal departments and overseas offices for rate negotiation.
• Interface with Sales & Accounts department to ensure that the payment terms are fulfilled before execution of deliveries
• Rate negotiation with freight forwarders and shipping companies.
• Process and post Payment Vouchers, Receipt Vouchers and other accounting vouchers (petty cash) on daily basis.
• Processing purchase orders.
• Receiving Deliveries.
• Reconciling Delivery notes with purchase orders.
• Organizing stock on shelves and buckets.
• Place stock in designated areas for ongoing projects.
