• Commanding group level FP&A, forecasting and reporting, activities, including weekly/monthly reporting & analysis, quarterly forecasting & annual budgeting across several legal entities and business. Reporting to Group Vice President - Finance and VP-Business Line.
• Handling monthly management packs and Board level presentations consisting of key performance indicators and segment profitability.
• Administering finalization of monthly/annual accounts, ensuring all schedules are submitted within predefined deadline.
• Directing development and presentation of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, statements, metric scorecards and reports.
• Providing leadership for accurate, efficient and cost-effective transaction processing for HQ. Monitoring annual and quarterly consolidation and financial reporting.

• Acted as a finance business partner, produced weekly and monthly management reports to ensure analytical insights are delivered. Reported to GFC and GM.
• Presided over day-to-day accounting function which includes receivables, payables, cash management, payroll, costing etc. Reviewed all reconciliation (bank, AR, AP, balance sheet, intercompany).
• Charged with Treasury management including all trade and financing services, optimized company’s liquidity and ensuring adequate cash flow to meet the organization’s needs. Monitored funds and outsource working capital in coordination with Treasury Department.
• Established budgeting and planning process. Instituted annual budgets and sought executive management approval. Reviewed and analyzed periodical budget Vs actual variances with all departments.
• Endeavored to optimize company’s cash flows, liaised with Credit Controller to follow-up cash collection, anticipated cash shortage and undertook appropriate actions to meet the financial obligations of the Company.
• Supervised external audit planning and coordinated with external auditor to resolve any issue for timely completion of periodical review & audit, and ensured that all the disclosures/requirements are in compliance with IFRS regulations.

IT Excellence
• INFOR ERP LN - FP 6 (2014-Present). ERP LN Implementation and Key USER Role.
Involved in Business Process Re-Engineering and Business Process Mapping with respect to Finance and Logistic Area including Costing. Work on FRS development to cater multiple Business Need.
• MS Navision & Dynamic (2005 - 2011) Project leader for Finance Module. Designed and developed many financial and non-financial reports.
• MOBIS (Point of Sales: 2007 - 2011) Led Project Management Team. Designed the Distribution Module with the ERP consultant. Mapped the integration of Finance and Distribution Modules. Led go live and implemented it alone.
