Theme park management
- Part of the pre-opening operations management team which involved in the launch of KidZania.
- Set up, write and implement the SOPs and all associated documentation and training guidelines.
- Managing a multi-cultural team of 300+ on a daily basis whilst adhering to strict financial budget. This includes all disciplinary matters, staff development, KPIs and training.
-Guarantee that the service and visitor entry and exit times are within the standards established by the company and the KidZania concept.
- Responsible of the Safety & Security of visitors entry and exit to the KidZania Park.
- Supporting Duty Manager shifts whilst overseeing the daily operations of all departments, this includes opening and closing checklist, park ticketing, retail, admissions, security, cleaning and resolving complaints.
-Optimizing queue lines in the front of house ticketing area of KidZania Park.
-Oversee the compliance with internal control window sales intake (discounts, courtesy passes, cash over & short and tallies)
-Staffing management ( Yearly / quarterly Appraisals, Performance Improvement / Management Plan, Counseling)
-Coordinate with the different departments of the commercial area the logistics for visiting groups and schools entry and exit
-Attend to and follow up on customer complaints and suggestions
-Coordinate with trainers on new and refresher training programs required for the staff, this through continuous evaluations of staff development areas.
-Guarantee that deviations of cash tallies lie within established standards and compare it with treasury -Control and restock raw materials and supplies in coordination with corresponding areas
-Handle daily maintenance and operations checklist
-Oversee the area and personnel image of the staff and ensure that they are in compliance with KidZania and sponsor standards.
-Coordinate with maintenance to cover area needs
-Participate in management meeting to detect areas of opportunity in general
-Be involved with the operation, depending on visitor appraisal
- Maintain company flight operation with accordance to ICAO regulations
- Represent company in front of Civil Aviation Authority for Operations - Dispatch, and aviation security manual.
- Maintaining constant Flight Watch of company fleet.
- Maintaining and monitoring crew duty in accordance with CAA regulations.
- Generating and filing Flight Plans in accordance with company procedures.
- Requesting and amending country over flight and landing permissions as required.
- Managing all Air Traffic Control slots to minimize delays.
- Arrange handling for all company flights.
Obtain all required permits, arrange ground handling, and ensure all handling procedures are on place to minimize ground time, and monitor all services are actioned simultaneously and efficiently from attending plane on arrival till see off on departure . Ensure all safety & security procedures are practiced in accordance to and comply with CARs ops.
Dispatching Private / Business Aircrafts ; handling flights in reference to flight planning, landing permission, parking, fuelling, catering, and any other related services, along with handling VVIP passengers and crew in regard to transportation hotel and any other assistance.
·To provide a quality service to EK and code share passengers in respect to Check in, boarding, special services, and luggage service as per company commercial and safety standards and procedures.
-Managing all inquiries and requirement for the guests’ accommodation.
-Promoting hotel products and facilities.
-Ensure all guest needs prior to their arrival.
-Replying to emails and faxes promptly with proper business correspondence.
-Coordinating with executive reservation services to ensure that the room bookings for corporate clients are looked after with special attention.
-Market segment for groups, corporate groups, incentive group association, tour operators, and leisure groups.
