It was my first time working in a big company like Umniah, we provide mobile, business and internet solutions for customers, I’m a shop representative in Zarqa franchisee, handling the daily sales and customer support, this gave me an enormous experience dealing with customers and sales, computer knowledge helped me dealing with the various systems available.
I was handling almost everything there, like application programming, hard/software maintenance, sales, computer courses, problem solving and organizing the whole company process, the company was relaying on me for many things, and I was very happy to gain more experience.
well every one should start somewhere to reach his goals at the end, even though it was just an Internet café, you should have a lot of knowledge in the computer field so that you can fix any problem that arise in the network or any PC, also we were selling computer parts and dealing with some programming and researches requests.
