2- Responsibilities & Duties:
a- Install and Configure the Windows Operating System in Cloud IaaS Providers for the Customers.
b- Provide all the necessary Assistance to the Cloud Servers, including Security Configurations, Patching, and Troubleshooting for
the Customers.
c- Resolve and Provide any Assistance about System Problems for the Customers.
d- Manage the Instances of the Cloud Infrastructure Services and the Multiple Cloud Servers for the Customers.
e- Coordination with the Development Department to Create, Develop and Support Cloud Windows Computing (Instances, DBs,
Storages) for the Customers.
f- Assist in the Administration of Cloud Services and the Windows Server Environment for the Customers.
g- Monitor and Analyze the Capabilities and Performance of the Systems for the Customers.
h- Responsible for Managing, Troubleshooting and Proactively Updating Hardware and Software Assets for the Customers.
