Planters, Tree Guards, Safety Rubber Flooring, Running Tracks, Professional & Leisure, Residential
Furniture, Office Furniture, Artificial Football, Landscaping Turf and School Furniture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Group’s CEO, my duties and responsibilities are as follows,

• Identify prospective clients/customers and keeps abreast of competitors sales strategies.
• Analyze client’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes in order to provide
relevant product delivery and develop relevant project scope, schedules and budget in
accordance with clients’ requirements.
• Responsible for tenders and development of cost estimates.
• Generate, updated, managed and reported all project costs, including budgeting and
forecasting.
• Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed
account plans.
• Meet sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Attend trade exhibitions and user group meetings.
• Produce monthly sales and productivity reports.
• Direct and manage project execution, including activation and controlling internal and
external. Project resources in accordance with the company’s policies, systems and
procedures.
• Approved quotes/pricing from potential sub-contractors.
• Ensure the successful project completion, including final invoices, handovers and
documentation.
• Handle customer problems, complaints and questions in person or by telephone.
• Mentor new members of the sales team.
• Perform other related duties as requested by management
