The primary objective is to establish policies and procedures for credit application processes and to maintain credit for all Dimension Data clients, and operate in regional geographies where we deal with more complex or key accounts, approving credit for potential clients and continuing lines of business for current clients

Managing accounts of the customers inside UAE and in the international Markets for all there financial needs, Managing credit control department employees, Making adjustments and resolving problems within the credit control department, Following up on regular basis with clients thru e-mails, phone, letters and weekly business meetings, Credit request review of all deals(new prime product sale, parts & service sale, rental machine or engine) and recommendation report, Review customer credit limit/payment terms and credit history, Working with the Finance Manager and Area Manager to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers, Credit customers documentation management and control collection targets and action plan for the team,
Monitoring credit limits and payment terms.

Make the monthly entries, ending transactions and reports, Prepared and reconciled year-end balances for management information purposes, Post and follow up all Inter-Branch transactions and reconciliation to finalization level, Performed account reconciliations and general ledger entries, Responsible for handling Assets register independently, Comfortable with the Depreciation treatment according to international accounting regulations, Took care of the day-day accounting operations of the business. Was very keenly involved in merchandising and expenditures recording and analyzing, Conversant with the international principles related to stock valuation and recording, Employees Accounts and monthly transactions, following up the payroll accounts, Issued invoices, purchase orders and shipping charges, Follow up the inventory and cost and related issues (Custom, Clearing, Ocean freight.), Independently maintained foreign and domestic Vendor accounts, Follow up with Customer accounts and reconciliations, Working with external auditors and prepare the G.L Accounts summery and reports.

Review accounts activities to ensure accurate implementation of daily financial transactions, and cash management, Monitor and ensure monthly reconciliations with banks, understanding of tax and social security related issues, Working in a corporate environment with consolidated accounts, Maintaining the daily accounting registers with in and out flow transaction, Controlling and reconciling payables and receivables.
