-Technical sales and support for heating and air conditioning, industrial machines and heavy equipment., My scope includes deal with the customers for marketing the products & systems .
-study the drawings and estimating the quantity and the price of the project according to the drawings specifications and the scope requirements .
-Identify the specification of the offered / quoted HVAC system.
-Prepare the quotation for the required items or systems with identification of the included and excluded items from the priced quotation .
-Initial the priced quotation and send it for review and approval/ signature of the sales manager .
-Follow up the quotation status with customer until contract sign.
-Follow up the delivery of materials to the site until the works are tested & commissioned .
-Follow up with the client / customer for receiving the last payment against bank guarantee for the warrantee period
-Check fit up as well as dimensions.
-Perform inspection of incoming materials as per project requirement.
-Erection and execution of structures.
-Carry out of inspection of structural fabrication work according codes and standards.
-Performing welding inspection activity.
-Perform inspection of piping fabrication work according codes and standards.
-Material Planning & scheduling.
-Perform the material verification.
-Planning and execution of the work so as to achieve the Target as planned.
-Allocating work to efficient contractors.
-Getting the customer satisfaction on the job and Thereby making Smooth and quick progress.
-Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activity and prepare document.
-Prepare reports for day to day results and present them in weekly review meetings of both the Company and client.
-Check pipe support as per isometric drawings, reading isometric drawings, P&ID, protocol preparation.
-Give a training course for the technicians, include the operating and maintenance instructions.
Establish a procedure to inspect or test product throughout the processes and to ensure agreement between purchased or manufactured product and customer requirements.
Make sure inspections and functional verifications will be conducted as required by the customer.
Make sure the material or drums inspections are made and are conforming to the procedures.
Make sure that the procedures are followed and reporting are timely and that KPIs are met.
Assure agreement between customer requirements and in process inspection criteria.
Control the quality of the product in each process.
Conduct tests, take measurements and record results as required by standards and procedures.
Monitor the performance of the product quality.
Hold any drum that shows any defection during the processesHandle the mechanical breakdowns on receiving Breakdown Maintenance request from concerned departments.
Accomplish the scheduled preventive maintenance in mechanical issues in cooperate with electricians.
Allocate jobs to maintenance technicians as scheduled after approval of department manager as per shift schedule.
Maintain records as per ISO.
Assist in commissioning and installation of machine.
Monitoring of temperature, air pressure and dust level in the plant as per log sheet.
Handle all responsible assigned by department manager.
