Managing customer on-boarding and card account maintenance processes for all card segments .  Managing merchant on-boarding and merchant account maintenance.  Responsible for conducting UAT for all card operations process / system enhancements .  Responsible for all card related static maintenance activities (such as card activation/blocking, card replacement, card reissuance, card cancellation, limit increase, Insurance activation/cancellation, DDA, plan payments EPP. BT, FOP and other maintenance based on customer request, qualification checks and supervisor's approval. Handle end to end processes relating to cards issuance, maintenance, and cancelations lifecycle Responsible for timely processing of all new card applications, replacement/reissue card applications, card renewals and other card issuance related activities with due diligence on vision plus. Ensure all necessary checks, overview, approvals.  Responsible for preparation and sending of all financial posting files (such as charges posting/reversals, fee posting/reversals, point's/ Save back posting/redemption, other financial postings to card processor (AFS) based on customer request, qualification checks and supervisor's approval. Provide periodical reports on the card operational activities  rejected entries are corrected on a timely manner .  Manage card fulfillment processes in coordination with card personalization vendor and couriers.  Reporting: Provide periodic reports detailing card operational activities, thereby ensuring transparency and accountability within the department.  Custodian for instant card issuance stock maintained at card operations, ensure regular reconciliation and tracking of stock to have timely replenishment of stock.  Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to operational policies, credit policies, internal processes, and regulations set forth by the UAE Central Bank.
