Visiting all branches in SCS as per HO schedule for KPI checklist audits. Creating presentation and demonstration of audit results with branch managers
Daily comparing, and consolidating data by using formulas of excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot table, basic formulas)
Extracting reports such as Stock report, negative stock, and slow moving items in share point for all the branches.
Interacting daily with the Merchandisers and suppliers to understand their needs related to LPO related issues.
Working on daily basis with the applications such as SAP Logon and SAP Fiori.
Managing and supervising the daily, monthly, and quaterly inventory for all the branches and making corrections if neccessary.
o Provide training on daily basis to the commercial team on the modules such as Business cycle, price accuracy, data base cleaning, Labeling survey, assortment zero stock
o Conduct monthly section manager audit for all the departments and update the audit score in the Key point indicator(KPI)
o Take a tour of the store every morning before opening to ensure that all the price checkers, cash line and half EFT are connected properly and under working condition
o To ensure the effective management of all retail staff and volunteers and to ensure adequate staffing levels throughout the business.
o To give support to staff so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales.
o To ensure that all performance issues, and other issues within the store, are addressed in an appropriate and timely manner.
