It was a mission that was assigned to me; it was included preparing, writing and editing the annual report of the company.
I was a customer service representative, dealt with customers’ commands, solved their complaints, sold their services, and collected their invoices. In addition to that I played the In-charge role for one point of sales in Damascus. There were 4 employees under my supervision.
