As a Procurement Manager at Concrete Plus, I lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for major construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality sourcing of materials, subcontractors, and services. Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4 procurement engineers, enhancing team performance and procurement operations.

Maintain alignment with HSE, sustainability, and company quality standards across all procurement activities.

Led a structural engineering design team at ECG, delivering high-quality solutions for major building and infrastructure projects in Egypt and the Gulf region. Responsible for preparing and reviewing structural drawings, design calculations, and tender documents in compliance with international codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode). Coordinated with architecture, MEP, and site teams to ensure integrated and clash-free designs. Conducted value engineering studies to optimize structural systems. Participated in client and consultant meetings to present and defend design approaches. Contributed to QA/QC reviews and mentored junior engineers to maintain technical excellence and timely delivery.
