Manage a team of 15 members in F1 World Champions and a team of 25 members in FIFA Club World Cup.
• Facilitate attendance (VIPs) experience by providing superior assistance and quick solutions for any matter.
• Train new team members on procedures, company policies, and performance standards.
• Handle staff and customer complaints smoothly and professionally.
- Handle all issues related to immigration and labor office applications for both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Update the filling system for both employees and department, with awareness of document control.
- Support meetings by organizing spaces, materials, documentation, and record detailed notes.
- Handle petty cash and financial reports like (E-Dirham & Online) internally and externally.
- Greet visitors, determine the nature and purpose of visit, and direct individuals to appropriate department.
- Provide full support to line manager and liaise between authorities and management.
- Communicate personnel information efficiently to management for speedy proper action.
- Deliver friendly assistance with new hires throughout interviewing and hiring process.
- Make legible and organized travel arrangements for employees and senior management.
- Ensure that all inquiries are provided with a complete response within a reasonable time.
