i) Responsible of Developing Hisense HVAC Products (Chillers, AHUs & VRF) sales revenues - including the OEM Business segment and expand market share by targeting new business opportunities in all MENA region.
ii) Managed to achieve 25% Y2Y business growth in the assigned territories exceeding assigned yearly turnover and profit targets delegated by the company.
iii) Develop and execute the Sales long-term strategic plan for the specific region and its netback forecasts in alignment with the function and organization strategies and identifying trends that affect current/future growth of the regional sales and profitability.
iv) Identify key targets (territory, customers) and optimally deploy resources (sales, agents, and distributors) to sell out volumes at the optimal price.
v) Structure and negotiate Business Plans with each of the Distributors across the Region to defend yearly targets delegated by the company.
vi) Define a weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals and the respective meetings to follow the team performance
vii) Working with the technical teams to develop solutions and products along with the preparation of technical presentations and proposals related to Projects
viii) Support partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, seminars and training and after sales services to achieve revenue targets.
ix) Assist in cross-channel communication within the HQ marketing and technical team to improve awareness and support of all product initiatives. Sense competitors’ key activities and threats to create counter measures to keep and increase market share
x) Propose and implement the promotion activity, participate to shows, conferences and professional bodies in relation with the products.
• Managing of Al-Emadi Group New Division/Sister-Company (Al-Emadi Imp & Exp.) directing the new company business establishing as a Johnson Controls authorized distributor of (YORK- Air Conditioners & Refrigeration System).
• Responsible of business volume development, expand market share, achievement in sales improvement & identifying and targeting new areas of business opportunities.
• Support local business partners to produce effective proposals for YORK Cooling Systems by ensuring final offers are accurate, technically verified, competitively priced, and submitted on time as per client requirements & project specs.
• Initiated & maintained strong business network of: M.E.P Contractors/ Sub, Wholesaler Traders, Local Market Distributors and end-user customers across the country to insure continuous improvement opportunities.
• Handle all Government Tenders and inquiries along with huge selling potential deals by offering effective proposals to secure signing agreement contracts
• Project Management; supervise the Mechanical Engineers cooperation conducting projects technical Specs as: load calculations, systems design, equipment sizing Units Selection., Commissioning and after sales Leading working teams to achieve a profitable execution of contract scope of work.
• Contribute in the materials submittal proposals to comply with the projects required specs to obtain the consultants final approvals.
• Recruiting needed manpower, understanding the required skills, identifying
the possible sources, selecting best candidate & fitting them into operations system
• Directed & managed a successful record of accomplishment in the company's operations division (After Sales) improving performance quality and increasing annual revenues.
• Lead after sales team of professional Mechanical Engineers & skilled Technicians & other related Key-persons (around 350 employees) to exceed the administration functional assigned targets.
• Handling the delivery, supply& installation, commissioning & maintenance the sold items as home appliances products & commercial/residential HVAC systems (O General, Cooline, CHIGO, BLUE STAR, HITACHI) including all range (RAC/LCAC/VRF/and package units).
• Supervise the after sales services by organizing structures, tasks assignments, coordinating employee schedules, conducting staff meetings, evaluating performance, and supervising work accomplishment.
• Ensure the achievement of high quality after sales service performance through regular contact with clients; evaluate service quality and initiate corrective action as necessary
• Targeting market new opportunities to increase the business to maximum level.
