To carry-out all service and maintenance works for three units GE frame-9 gas turbines air intake filter house to meet the
production demand of the endues including servicing, repairs, commissioning, and filter installation of 2, 100 filter points.
• Carried-out filter tube sheet inspection points for 5 levels (total: 2, 100 tube sheets) including the filter yokes.
Rectifying tube sheets bended points using rectification gaskets technology.
• Inspected all Diaphragm and Solenoid valves using the pulse test technique. The inspection includes the manifold,
control panel, nozzles, and valves.
• Carried-out all filter installation complied with OEM procedure.

Administered all subcontract activities of the project. Reviewed contractors in-site progress, plans, invoices, and payments. Prepared weekly/monthly reports, including all progress, plans, and payments of subcontractors.
• Authorised clients product performance during commissioning through critical testing.
• Completed project on schedule with the lowest cost and the highest quality by communicating with cross-functional departments and witnessing all the critical path activities (on the site) of the subcontractors.
• Saved project capital and schedule by 5% by developing an agile method using an excel sheet aimed at selecting the best contractor suitable for the scope.

A- Under the guidance of the client and train asset:
• Create strategies for maintenance of equipment and develop maintenance plans
• Prepare and handle Ad-hoc requests with the necessary documentation to ensure timely approval in accordance with corporate policy.
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance departments to ensure receiving the information on every raised PM or CM request.
• Ensure and monitor that preventive maintenance requests are executed on time based on criticality.
• Create weekly reports and equipment scheduling, and make sure all interface teams are up to date.

• Develop of full work-pack and bulk-work documents for all static equipment, providing the following details: supporting drawings, manpower summary, resources, method statement, risk assessments, ITP, JSA with respect of maintenance & Safety Standards.
• Coordinate with clients operation and maintenance of static equipment and provide sufficient support in execution, schedule all inspections as per ITP procedure.
• Prepare of equipment work permits with respect of plants HSE and operation procedures, activities executed; blinding, critical lifting, CSE, LPWJ/HPWJ, system isolation.
• Maintenance of all major static equipment: heat exchangers, columns, furnace, pressure vessels, different types of valves, spring supports, steam traps, and others. Familiar with International codes and standards like API, ASME, TEMA.
• Responsible of replacing seven bundles, replacement/overhauling of 52NO of Multi types of valves, 500-inch Dia welding of CS and SS, replacement of 8 SICES shell and tube exchangers, cleaning of fouled tubes by high-pressure water jetting (up to 20, 000 PSI), replacement of 14 burners
• Pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of Train1&2 GTL unit.

Delivered end-to-end maintenance activities, development, and implementation. • Replaced seven bundles/14 burners, revamped 52NO multi-type valves, and cleaned fouled tubes by utilising high pressure jetting (20, 000 PSI).

Orchestrated test packages in line with end-user’s procedures. Tracked CS and SS erection piping inclusive of fit-ups,
cutting, welding, painting, and mobilization of 5000- inch diameter. Led various static equipment installations, such as
erection, cantering, and levelling.
● Achieved site engineer of the month in March 2013 by consistently demonstrating end-users life and safety
procedure on-site.
