budget. To coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of work.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client. Maintain records of approvals, inspections,
and communications. Review and validate contractor invoices and claims. Assist in resolving
contractual disputes and variations.
