• Roll-out of training and development plan. Administer the training for all staff. Plan and organize an in-house training whenever required.

•Utilize the team to successfully market Mashreqbank financial services, (both retail and corporate).
•Expand the bank's database of clients by obtaining new accounts, thus convincing several companies to open payroll accounts at Mashreqbank. Some of the accounts I personally penetrated are QP, HMC, WOQOD, DHL RAS GAS and several more.
•I gave several demonstrations in front of key clients to introduce them to our bank and our financial services.
•I was responsible to set my team's individual targets and goals, (monthly, quarterly and annually), and then motivated them to achieve set targets through several motivational awards..
•I was directly involved in the launching of a new loan product, the first of its kind in Qatar. My team had achieved the highest penetration where this particular product was concerned.
•I was also responsible for evaluating all the teams documents before any submission for cases which will be sent for disbursal (Accounts forms-Loan forms).
•During the absence of my senior manager, I would temporarily undertake the responsibilities of the Senior Sales Manager, thus overseeing the work of five teams each focusing of specific financial products, this had an extremely positive effect, such that I would gain even more exposure to different types of clients, employees and situations.
•I was also given the responsibility of testing and marketing a new loan product targeted at small and medium sized companies (SME), in addition to high income individuals who possess their own business, thus tending to their finance requirements. It should be noted that this product was the first of its kind in the State of Qatar.
•I would also scan the local market in search for potential new business opportunities, such as high income individuals who possess their own business, in addition to other small and medium sized companies, thus diversifying Mashreqbank's source of business.
