Being responsible for the whole online presence of one of the leading universities in Egypt and the MEA region, the university has to maintain a well managed brand image and that was my job as well as working as a support and communication tool between the university management and the students using the social media as a medium of measuring satisfaction and communication.
Working on competitive analysis, Learning Programs Pricing, Expansion Planning and performance reviews it was very challenging for me in that young age to provide such strategic feeds and information but it was a successful challenge as I had given 100% of my effort to deliver the right information on time.
- Awarded the Honor of Recognition Award by University President for valuable contributions - Represented Microsoft Corporation in my university campus and managed it's relationship with my faculty management. - Elected as first ACU Student Union President in 2012 along with succeeding in publishing the first student body constitution. - Founded and leaded the first ACU Student Organization in 2009 called "VISION" - Represented ACU Student Body at the Egyptian National Student Union Summits and Egyptian Private Universities Summit. - Founded and managed ACU Social Media Presence during my stay as a full-time student there and hired as part-time during my study there for utilizing my skills.
