Achievements:
1. Registered an increase of 41% in profitability compared to FY'15 (from 4mil to 5.7mil)
2. Delivered growth of 37% in customers over last year (from 62k to 96k)

1.Supervised 27 retail sites & successfully managed a portfolio of 40 million litres motor fuel and 60 thousand litres lubricants
2. Registered a growth of 14% and 16% for fuel and non fuel revenues respectively
3. Successfully recovered outstanding payments of over PKR 10 million
4. Developed and implemented business plan for improving lubricant sales in the North Region
5. Spearheaded vehicle arrangement for 2 retail sites in Kashmir to resume business after 1/2 year
6. Successfully handled fuel crisis in Jan-Feb'15 through strategic rationing of fuel across the network.

• Achieved volume, gross margin and profitability targets for both fuel and non fuel activities and developed/implemented specific action plan for COCO and CODO sites

•Identified training needs of dealers and site staff through analysis of Top Service & visit reports and conducted trainings as necessary.
•Performed regular Wet Stock Reconciliation and HSE Audits for each site and corrected all areas of Non Compliance within set duration.
