 Training end users on physical and software aspects of the system

o Detailed follow up with the process of installation of the Baggage Handling System (BHS)
o Performing inspections with client to assure BHS works are as per design and specifications
o Coordinating with Installation, Testing, Commissioning and the Integration of the departing (L3) and the customs (Smith-Heimann) baggage screening systems
o Shop drawings review, technical & site coordination among all trades & subcontractors (Logistics, MEP, Civil and finishing etc.) to facilitate the works of the BHS
o Leading and conducting Stakeholder meetings
o Updating progress reports weekly to the management and the client
o Reviewing BHS Interface documents to assure efficient integrated systems are installed
o Coordinating site works among all trades to avoid clashes and facilitate a smooth BHS installation
