• Work closely with COOPI Staff, to ensure full compliance with project objectives.
• Coordinate with the targeted Municipilities and Villages rappresentents and technical staff at the end to meet their needs.
• Coordinate with the Area Coordinator to ensure a cohesive program approach.
• Supervise and work closely with engineering staff to establish a robust quality control and projects' implementation scheduling;
• Train District Engineers on monitoring and reporting requirements when necessary;
• Assist the Area Coordinator and Country Coordinator to develop the program activities in the selected villages;
• As responsible for the proper implementation of the districts technical activities, the technical supervisor should provide overall supervision. In particular :
- Conduct assessments and technical evaluations according to the program’s needs;
- Plan the technical activities, participate to the Tender and BoQ’s process and periodically survey the local market’s costs;
- Supervise the Delivery Orders in the districts of Intervention;
- Draft regular reports to the Area Coordinator regarding the work in progress;
- Ensure the Safety Rules procedures in the working Sites.
- When requested, be responsible for reporting, filing the project technical documentation produced in the different districts, providing a digital copy of the project’s photo report and project’s technical report (drawings, work plans, weekly report and/or final assessment);
- Provide technical solutions and define work processes for all planned interventions at the design phase;
- Motivate, sensitise and facilitate local communities in issues linked to construction/ rehabilitation activities in the Districts of Intervention.
