‐Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks ‐Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems. ‐Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system ‐Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance team "Treasury Manager, Reporting Manager, Two Seniors and Two Juniors ". ‐Oversee all audit and internal control operations. ‐Review all financial reporting on monthly basis. ‐Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives. ‐Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines. ‐using SAP.
• Responsible of overall financial and accounting function. ‐ Manage/Supervise more than four Accountants, dealing with COO, Project Manager, reporting to Group Accounting Manager, Group Financial Controller and Group Corporate Finance Manager ‐ Prepare and control company cash flow ‐ Review all payments voucher, and payroll
‐ Review and directing all accounts transactions ‐ Review investment transactions ‐ Review and supervise of preparing tax declaration ‐ Supervise of preparing the documents needed for external audit ‐ Preparing monthly reporting package ‐ Preparing annual budget, cash flow forecasting ‐ Preparing consolidation ‐ Using Microsoft Dynamics GP & Quick Books
