• Managing the project cycle, Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, and Controlling a project effectively and efficiently throughout its phases, from planning through execution then completion and review to achieve pre-defined objectives and satisfying the project stakeholder within budget and to the highest standard of integrity.
• Reviewing project design, drawings, geotechnical reports, and investigations.
• Facilitate and communicate the contractor progress meeting.
• Leading the mobilization plans, work permits system and construction activities.
PROJECT:
• Advanced Metal Industries Cluster (AMIC).
Setting up a Titanium Sponge plant in Yanbu Industrial City through a JV with Toho - Japan with annual production capacity of 15.6 K Tons.
•Working as a member of the Project Management Team (PMT) to manage and deliver the projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standard of integrity. • Reviewing design and drawings, geotechnical reports and sub-soil investigations. • Exposed to multidiscipline types of standards, procedures, general instructions and regulations related to construction work and overall projects management. • Facilitate and communicate the weekly contractor progress meeting. • Report projects progress to the management through the monthly projects update meeting. • Track the material progress and visit vendors' offices to monitor the status and expedite the delivery. • Leading the mobilization plans, work permits system, all construction activities.
Main role and duties:
Concrete Work:
-‐Maintain compliance of all-‐on-‐site concrete tests and pouring with American Concrete Institution (ACI)
standards.
-‐Oversee the pouring process.
-‐Monitor concrete curing and ensure that it is completed as the specifications and scheduled timing.
-‐Monitor all precast concrete work both at the project and the factories.
-‐Confirm repair procedures.
-‐Report any contractor non-‐compliance activities and suggest the recommendations.
Safety work:
-‐Implementing the safety standards and specifications at working environment.
-‐Issue enforcement notices and arrange with governmental authorities for major safety violations.
-‐Represent the owner in safety meetings with the project contractor and consultant.
-‐Part of the team that removed the temporary Mataf ring.
-‐Part of the team that removed the collapsed crawler crane in 2015.
Take care of the pre-‐construction work.
-‐Deal with the land acquisition owners and prepare the area to the contractor.
-‐Mange and Supervise the site and support the contractor to plan and expedite the work.
-‐Mange all the safety issues.
-‐Apply the specification and apply the quality requirement.
-‐Prepare the reports for the site condition and weekly highlights for client and Prince Reports.
-‐Mange and Supervise the concrete activities.
-‐Mange and Supervise the construction of two Dams including their sub-‐channels:
• Main dam: 630 meters long and 15 meters high with storage capacity of 5 million cubic meters.
• Saddle dam: 310 meters long and 13 meters high.
• Concrete sub-‐channel: 4.5 meters long and width of 16 meters.
